Grants to renovate vacant houses, shops or premises. Our towns and villages have many vacant sites. There are grants of between €50000 and €70000 to renovate houses or premises into principal private dwellings or for private rental. Note: you would also be entitled to apply for insulation grants and other housing grants like the First Home Scheme.
